National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week 2026
Each year, National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week (NPSTW) honors the 911 community for their dedication to the critical life-saving services they provide every day. NPSTW also recognizes the hard work of 911 telecommunicators who are there for us whenever and wherever emergencies happen, whether that’s in our homes, at our schools or on our roadways.
In support of NPSTW, April 12-18, NHTSA’s National 911 Program recognizes the impactful role 911 plays in roadway safety and supports these professionals by focusing on critical highway safety topics to provide 911 centers with valuable data and resources to continue saving lives.
